Are you kidding me?! Matthew Tkachuk has struck once again after scoring the game winning goals after a no less than four overtime marathon thriller which officially opened the Eastern Conference Final, then did it again in the extra period the next time out. After helping Sam Reinhart to score a lone goal in Game 3, Tkachuk took charge and fired the puck past Hurricanes goalie Frederik Andersen in the last seconds in order to avoid another OT.
Feel pretty bummer for the Carolina Hurricanes who all their blood sweat and tears to be in the conference finals and then end up having your heart ripped out because let’s be honest here, pushing the Panthers to OT in all but one of those losses. Can’t even imagine the pain Carolina fans are in right now. Oh well, at least y’all have Bryce Young to look forward to in the NFL, right?
Speaking of other sports in Florida, it looks like we’ll have two Miami-area finalists once the Heat presumably close out the Celtics. Similar to the Heat’s improbable run as a No. 8 seed, it can’t be overstated just how impressive of a job the P’s have done to will themselves to the NHL’s grand finale.
Having the PGA champion Brooks Koepka in the stands to witness another impressive victory by the Panthers felt so natural especially from this angle:
Another angle shows how calm and collected Matthew Tkachuk was with the clock

Another persona who was present in the crowd was the Miami Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel who did his thing in the stands it just felt like there was no way the Panthers aren’t going to close this fucker out tonight despite the equalizer by Jesper Fast 4:22 left in regulation and seeing Tkachuk taking responsibility with another score in the first period of Game 4, too. What a tool!

Now if, and that’s a big if, the Panthers go al the way to snap that Stanley Cup, we will be talking about Tkachuk’s heroic postseason performance for a long time, and btw, that’s very kind of Matthew Tkachuk to not keep us all waiting till overtime for his super game-winning goal so we gotta appreciate that too.
