DeAndre Hopkins Shares The Teams And QBs He Would Love To Play For Just Weeks After Saying “Who Said I Wanted To Leave?”

It seems like maybe DeAndre Hopkins had a short untypical optimism after a very good draft by the Cardinals, but maybe he was like, “Just a sec…My quarterback is still recovering from injury as we still have one of the worst rosters in the league while going through a massive regime change”

And I can’t blame him cuz if were him I probably wouldn’t give a damn about all those changes in the mids of May either since I truly believe Nuk has deserved better throughout his NFL career. We’re talking about a man who caught passes at a much more productive rate from a line of trash-ass Houston Texans quarterbacks and still made a name for himself as an elite wide receiver.

A suspension and injuries in recent years have hindered Hopkins, let alone a toxic culture in the desert. despite those pitfalls, he played nine games last season and averaged 79.7 yards per game as he continued with that line of progress throughout another full 17 starts, this is a 1,355-yard receiving campaign in Year 10 and given the fact that Arizona Cardinals could actually save $19.45 million against the 2023 salary cap if Hopkins is released with a post-June 1 designation. Might be like a game no one can win until then. I can definitely imagine those folks in the head of the organization, regardless of how new they are to the system to realize that DeAndre is a guy with a class and how respected he is. Would be nice to see the Cardinals do right by him and let the three-time first-team All-Pro chase that elusive Super Bowl somewhere else.

Regardless of how he might leave the Crads (could be traded or cut out) among the names that he mentioned that most definitely makes sense are the Chiefs or the Bills I mean, having A QB like Mahomes and a coach like Andy Reid. These names alone made the Chiefs a cut above the rest of the loaded AFC.
And of course, Buffalo, who probably didn’t go crazy for Gabe Davis’s performance 2 years ago as their depth chart at receiver isn’t something to brag about except maybe Stefon Diggs, and pairing Diggs with Hopkins could def take Josh Allen’s up to another level.

Don’t get me wrong, as a Patriot the last thing I wanna see is Hopkins go to either of those AFC contenders, but I’ll just wish him a good luck.
